London | Market salary | £120k–£230k+ total compensation
This is a genuinely unusual opportunity for a sharp, ambitious recruiter to step into one of the world’s leading VC funds and recruit for world-class GTM teams.
You do not need to already recruit within GTM.
My client is looking for talent, intelligence, attitude and potential over exact sector experience.
You’ll recruit exclusively for the VC’s portfolio companies, partnering with businesses including Snowflake and Factory AI.
There is no business development. Your focus is on delivering high-quality recruitment for some of the most exciting technology businesses in the market.
The calibre of people you’ll work alongside is exceptional. A former Snowflake Managing Partner is now part of the fund, giving you an indication of the level of people you’ll be exposed to internally.
For someone early in their career who is hungry, highly capable and wants to learn quickly, that exposure could be hugely valuable.
The earning potential is also significantly higher than in most traditional recruitment firms.
- Lowest performer currently earning around £120k total compensation
