My client is a boutique, female-led executive search firm operating at the very top end of the consulting market. They partner with Strategy, Transformation, and Innovation consultancies globally, delivering senior hires at Director, Partner and Managing Director level.
They are now looking for an experienced recruiter with a background in management consultancy or strategy markets to step into a high-impact, revenue-generating role within a relationship-led environment.
The Opportunity
- You will lead and deliver senior-level mandates across:

Working closely with leadership, you’ll own searches end-to-end, partnering directly with clients and advising on talent strategy while building long-term relationships in your vertical. You will have the autonomy to develop your own market, leveraging an established brand, strong client base, and an already credible position in the consulting space.
