Responsibilities

  • Foster client relationships to generate revenue and grow the company portfolio.
  • Leverage persuasive communication to convert enquiries into sales.
  • Execute risk assessment before presenting to insurers.
  • Navigate negotiations with insurers to procure favourable policy terms/quotes.
  • Innovate growth strategies and refine business procedures.
  • Consistently maintain client records and handle all forms of communications.
  • Promote products and services through cross-selling and upselling techniques.
  • Address technical inquiries from both insurers and clients.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service by promptly attending to queries.
  • Regularly attend team meetings and contribute insights to foster collective improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with TCF principles, FCA regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Track record in sales and managing relationships with customers, insurers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable achievement of sales targets.
  • Willingness to undertake CII examinations.
  • Familiarity with insurance field and brokerage experience, whilst preferred, is not essential.
  • Strong negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Observable professional demeanour with effective written and spoken language skills.
