Hypha Recruit are partnered with a specialist Financial Services recruitment firm based in Brighton. This high-performing business works with some of the most prestigious clients across the financial world placing top-tier talent into mission-critical roles.

This is not high-volume, transactional recruitment. Youll be trained to operate as a strategic, consultative headhunter in a research-led environment where success is built on quality, insight, and strong relationships.

• £27,500 starting salary
• Uncapped commission (realistic OTE £60,000+)

The Role:

• Learn how to headhunt and engage senior-level candidates
• Map the market and research trends across financial services
• Support retained search projects and key client accounts
• Attend client meetings and present market insights
• Progress to managing your own desk and client
