My client is a boutique, female-led executive search business operating at the very top end of the consulting market. They partner with Strategy, Transformation, and Innovation consultancies, delivering senior hires including Senior Management Consultants, Partners and Managing Directors.

This is a rare opportunity for a graduate or junior recruiter to break into true executive search, not volume recruitment but working on retained mandates with global clients.

The Opportunity

  • You will support the delivery of senior-level search assignments across:
    • People Change Consulting
    • Business Strategy
    • Innovation Transformation

All roles are Senior Manager level and above, meaning you’ll be operating in a highly consultative, relationship-led environment from day one. This is not a KPI-heavy, high-volume desk. It’s quality, research-led search, heavily focused on LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, and candidate engagement.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Female-led leadership with a strong reputation and network in the consulting space
  • Boutique environment – you won’t be a number here
  • Direct exposure to senior stakeholders, clients, and candidates
  • Opportunity to learn executive search properly from experienced operators
  • Clear growth journey as the business scales (including future leadership / equity potential)
  • Strong existing client base
  • International exposure across London, US, Canada, Thailand and Poland

The Culture

  • Mature, flexible environment – no rigid hours (output over presenteeism)
  • Collaborative team – everyone works across all roles
  • Regular networking events, market engagement and thought leadership
  • Focus on long-term value: retained search, talent insights, and advisory

What They’re Looking For

  • A driven graduate or junior professional with strong communication skills
  • Commercial mindset and interest in consulting / business strategy
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Someone who wants a long-term career in executive search, not quick wins

This is ideal for someone who wants to build a serious career in recruitment, working on high-value, senior-level mandates.
