What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and scaling a niche desk within the life sciences sector
  • Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates in a values-led, consultative way
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process across contingent and retained mandates
  • Collaborating with a highly experienced leadership team who want you to succeed, not micromanage you

What you’ll earn:

  • 20% commission on billings
  • Plus quarterly kicker bonuses:
    • £35k = +2.5% back to £0
    • £50k = +5% back to £0
    • £75k = +7.5% back to £0
    • £100k = +10% back to £0

Recent case: a consultant who joined from scratch in June last year billed £126,000 in April and earned £37,100 in commission.
