What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning and executing the recruitment lifecycle - from candidate sourcing and screening to placement and offer management
- Building and managing relationships with both candidates and clients in your specialism

- Growing your own desk as you build confidence and capability
- Working with a supportive team to deliver quality outcomes (not just volume)
