Location: Remote-first (UK-based, with occasional London meet-ups)

You’ll join a mature, well-capitalised recruitment business with a deep FinTech GTM focus (sales, marketing, customer success, strategy). With high average fees, repeat business from top-tier clients, and sensible, sustainable growth, this firm offers a platform for experienced recruiters to elevate their careers. You’ll have the choice to build and lead a team or operate as a high-performing individual contributor, with future equity on the table.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a FinTech practice area as a team leader, shaping strategy and delivery.
  • Or operate as a high-performing individual contributor, billing at a senior level with full support.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in FinTech, SaaS, or technology recruitment (GTM functions preferred).
  • Senior-level biller (£200k+ personal GP) or the ambition to scale into team leadership.
  • Consultative approach, comfortable engaging with VC-backed founders, CROs, and CCOs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who values ownership, equity, and building long-term client relationships.
