We are a specialist compliance search boutique based in London, operating primarily across the US financial markets. We recruit senior and head‑of‑compliance professionals into top hedge funds, leading banks and major financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen and place senior compliance talent in a highly regulated environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidate and client stakeholders.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycle including market mapping, candidate engagement, interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting senior compliance or finance professionals.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in US financial markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a high‑volume, high‑value environment.
