Fully Remote (UK-based) | Monthly meet‑ups in London. Join a boutique search firm that partners with disruptive tech startups across the UK, Europe, and the US. Work closely with a top‑billing founder, deliver high‑quality search mandates, and develop personal branding and market engagement expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver on high‑value retained projects for hyper‑growth clients.
• Sourcing and screening candidates across Product, GTM, Strategy & Commercial functions.
• Write standout market content, personal posts, and produce podcast material.
• Support the full lifecycle of assignments with precision and pace.

What We’re Looking For

• Recruitment experience, ideally within tech‑to‑startup environments.
• Strong personal branding and experience or desire with podcasting or similar recruitment marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication – sharp, insightful, curious.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first culture.
• Located within ~2–3 hrs of London (monthly meet‑ups required).
