Remote Recruitment Consultant – Data Centres + Mission Critical
Fully remote (UK‑based). Up to £60,000 base + 20–30% commission, equity & profit share.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver retained search assignments across the full lifecycle of DC infrastructure – from site acquisition and design to commissioning and operations
- Partner with technical leadership at enterprise and hyperscale clients
- Build a specialist candidate network spanning MEP, operations, connectivity, power and cooling
- Work closely with experienced researchers to ensure deep, credible delivery
- Lead strategy for the Data Centre vertical – from client development to market positioning
Who You Are
- Experienced 360 recruiter with a track record in Data Centres, Mission Critical, or Infrastructure
- Skilled in placing mid‑to‑senior technical professionals in high‑complexity environments
- Strategic, commercial and ready to take full ownership of a market
- Confident working remotely and managing your time independently
- Ambitious to grow into a leadership or equity‑holding position
