You'll be supporting a highly successful consultant billing Β£400k-Β£500k per year, delivering senior-level searches across the rapidly expanding US AI and Machine Learning market.
The OpportunityYou'll work with some of the most innovative technology businesses in the world, helping identify and engage talent within one of the fastest-growing sectors globally. This is a delivery-focused role, supporting retained and exclusive search assignments across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies. The consultant you'll support has an established client base and significant job flow, meaning you'll have immediate exposure to live projects and the opportunity to learn from a proven high performer.
What You'll Be Doing- Mapping AI and Machine Learning talent markets across North America
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre technical professionals
- Supporting retained and contingent search assignments
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Producing market intelligence and talent insights
- Working closely with a high-billing Business Development Consultant to deliver successful outcomes for clients
- Recruitment Experience within Technology or US markets ideal
- Demonstratable high performance in a recruitment setting
