Recruitment Consultant – FinTech | Boutique Firm | Up to 40% Commission | Remote Flexibility

Location: Brighton office-based, hybrid or fully remote options available

Base Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 DOE

We’re hiring on behalf a boutique recruitment business that partners with some of the world’s most disruptive and fast-scaling FinTechs. They offer the platform, flexibility, and support of a grown-up environment — without layers of hierarchy or pointless KPIs.

What you’ll be doing

• Running a full 360 desk across the FinTech ecosystem (scale-ups to global players)
• Building long-term client relationships through consultative, strategic business development
• Delivering talent solutions across tech, product, data, or commercial verticals (depending on your background)
• Taking ownership of your patch, supported by a small, focused, and experienced team
