My client is a well-established recruitment firm specialising in Life Sciences, with a strong and growing presence across Engineering, Clinical, Quality, Manufacturing and emerging Tech / AI markets.

With a team of circa 100 consultants, they offer the best of both worlds: enough scale to provide structure, resources and impressive offices, while remaining small enough to maintain a collaborative, high-performance culture where people are genuinely supported and recognised.

They operate a strong commission scheme and provide clear progression pathways, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced Life Science or Tech-focused recruiters looking to join a new team.

Current opportunities include:

  • 2 x Lead / Manager roles – Engineering & Clinical
  • Senior hires with the opportunity to grow and shape teams. Both roles come with live vacancies and established client relationships from day one.
  • 2 x Senior Consultant roles – Quality & Manufacturing
