This is a delivery / account management role, working closely with senior consultants on:
- Live retained assignments
- Candidate management across complex, high-value roles
- Building deep networks within the nuclear and advanced engineering space

Earning Potential
- 20% commission (no threshold)

- 2+ years’ recruitment experience
- Strong delivery or 180 background - or a 360 recruiter wanting to focus on delivery
- Experience in engineering, energy, technical or scientific markets is beneficial

- Someone who enjoys candidate management and search work
