If you're a recruiter who enjoys managing clients, working live vacancies and developing existing relationships more than starting every month with a blank BD list, this is a particularly strong opportunity. You'll join a specialist search firm recruiting Risk, Data, AI and Analytics professionals into major management consultancies, including established relationships with Big Four firms.

The Opportunity

  • You'll take ownership of two established house accounts - both Big Four consultancies.
  • Historically, these relationships have generated around £150k per year in recruitment revenue, and you'll become their primary point of contact.
  • Your job is to:
    • Manage recruitment across both accounts
    • Build relationships with additional hiring managers and teams
    • Identify opportunities to expand the accounts
    • Increase overall revenue from both clients
    • Support delivery on other vacancies coming into the wider business
