What You’ll Be Doing This is a full 360° Executive Search role where relationships, sales ability and market knowledge are key. You’ll be trained to run high-value mandates within hedge funds, banks and trading firms, with rapid responsibility as soon as you demonstrate capability. You will: • Map and research trading, quant and investment markets • Engage front-office talent – analysts, traders, PMs, quants and senior leadership • Lead candidate qualification and pitch retained/exclusive mandates • Support partners on major searches, including senior front-office hires • Build deep knowledge of macro, discretionary, quant and systematic markets • Learn how to influence, persuade and become an expert people operator Candidate Requirements This is a high-calibre environment – they hire graduates who show excellence and strong commercial instincts. You must have: • A–B grade A-levels • A Top University degree (all disciplines considered) • Clear communication skills and resilience - proven in achievements to date • Ideally: evidence of sales ability, BD exposure, cold calling or front-facing experience Market
