We want to speak to GTM Fintech Recruiters, ideally in Payments, Regtech or Insurtech.

About the Role

This firm works exclusively with disruptive SaaS, Cybersecurity, and FinTech vendors globally, placing commercial talent across Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. You\’ll operate with full autonomy, managing clients and candidates end-to-end on high-value assignments.

What\’s on Offer:

Up to £70k basic + commission

Remote working or hybrid from Brighton/Reading/London

No micromanagement, no vanity KPIs – run your desk your way

What They\’re Looking For:

Proven recruitment experience within
FinTech, ideally payments, will consider Regtech and Insurtech

Confidence in developing and winning on new clients
