Executive Search Researcher – Global Industrial & Consumer Markets

Location: Brighton (2 days per week WFH)

An elite executive search firm is hiring an Executive Search Researcher to support their high-performing team. This is a pure research role with no business development, suited to someone who thrives on market mapping, intelligence gathering, and strategic talent identification at the highest level.

About the Role

You will support a £750k billing desk, researching and engaging executive-level candidates for assignments across Low Carbon Energy, Metals & Minerals, Automotive & Mobility, Chemicals, and more. Projects involve placing senior leadership talent into global industrial and consumer brands, often on retained mandates with fees ranging from £40k to £300k.
