Legal Executive Search is specialist Headhunting within the legal sector. Your clients are law firms and legal businesses with specific hiring needs, and your role is to identify, engage and represent experienced legal professionals who could be the right fit for those opportunities. You will be speaking with highly qualified lawyers, partners and legal professionals, many of whom are already successful, well-paid and not actively looking for a move. Your job is to start intelligent conversations, understand what motivates them, build trust over time and present opportunities that could genuinely advance their careers.

This is not a boiler-room sales environment. It is a highly specialist, relationship-led business working with top law firms and legal professionals globally, with average deal sizes around £50k+ and consultants billing into the hundreds of thousands. The people you speak to are often credible, successful and in demand, so your success will depend on your ability to communicate well, ask intelligent questions, build relationships and influence people in a subtle, consultative way.

The Opportunity

You will join the US Legal team as an Associate Consultant, learning how to build networks, manage candidate relationships and operate within a high-end, specialist market. You will receive structured training, mentorship from experienced consultants and exposure to international recruitment from day one. Over time, you will build a network of legal professionals within your market and develop a reputation as a trusted specialist in your niche. This is a challenging career because it is complex, competitive and constantly changing.
