Base Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 DOE
OTE Year 1: £45,000–£55,000+ realistic | Top billers exceed £100k

What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and scaling a niche desk within the life sciences sector
- Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates in a values-led, consultative way
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process across contingent and retained mandates
- Collaborating with a highly experienced leadership team
What you’ll earn:
- 20% commission on billings
- Plus quarterly kicker bonuses:
- £35k = +2.5% back to £0
- £50k = +5% back to £0
- £75k = +7.5% back to £0
- £100k = +10% back to £0
Recent case: a consultant who joined from scratch in June last year billed £126,000 in April and earned £37,100 in commission.
