The Opportunity
You’ll join an established Legal recruitment team focused on placing Solicitors and Attorneys into leading law firms across the UK and United States. You’ll learn how to build a specialist market, develop long-term client relationships and manage high-value recruitment assignments.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre legal professionals
- Building relationships with Solicitors, Attorneys and law firm partners
- Developing new business opportunities across UK or US markets
- Managing recruitment processes from initial engagement through to placement
- Conducting market mapping and talent intelligence projects
- Advising clients on hiring strategy and market conditions
- Building a specialist reputation within your legal niche
- Growing and developing your own client portfolio
