The Opportunity
- You’ll be focused on developing new client relationships across:
- Insurance
- Financial Services
- Finance & Commerce
- The role is heavily weighted toward client-side engagement, targeting senior stakeholders across these markets.
- If you’ve built relationships with:
- CFOs
- Heads of Finance
- Senior leadership within FS or Insurance
- You’ll be able to leverage that network and generate revenue quickly.

Who They’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ recruitment experience (360 or BD-heavy)
- Strong background in contract recruitment ideal, although perm will be considered
- Experience selling into Insurance, FS, Finance or Commerce clients highly relevant
- Proven ability to win new business and build client relationships
- Commercially driven, confident, and target-oriented
