Senior Recruitment Consultant – Industry 4.0

Are you an experienced 360° recruiter looking to build a genuine specialist market rather than work disconnected vacancies?
My client is hiring a Senior Consultant to help grow its Industry 4.0 practice, recruiting across the UK, Europe and North America.
The role covers Go-to-Market appointments within areas such as industrial software, smart manufacturing, IIoT, digital twins, automation, robotics software, industrial AI and supply chain technology.
You will:
- Win and develop client relationships
- Deliver mid-to-senior and executive searches
- Build a recognised specialist desk
- Work closely with founders and senior commercial leaders
- Progress further into retained and executive search
They are looking for someone with a proven 360° recruitment background, strong business development experience and exposure to Technology, SaaS, Industrial Technology or a related market.
Direct Industry 4.0 experience is useful but not essential.
This is a strong opportunity to join a collaborative, specialist search business with global reach, experienced leadership and clear progression.
