The Work:
- Deliver retained mandates across supply chain, operations, plant leadership, and commercial functions
- Partner with leaders in glass packaging, coatings/chemicals, construction supply, and manufacturing
- Drive projects across the UK and Europe – average deal values £30k–£80k+
- Build a new vertical that aligns with global infrastructure and manufacturing innovation
- Collaborate with a dedicated research team, proven delivery methodology, and a supportive director
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, exec search, supply chain, industrial, or engineering experience welcome!
- Confident delivering retained or senior-level contingent assignments
- Experience placing roles at £100k+ salary level
- Comfortable operating in a technical or commercially complex environment
- Strategic thinker with a track record of repeat client success
