There is a hot, £200,000 billing desk ready to be inherited - you’ll be working across exciting, mission‑critical hiring within life science and biotech, helping organisations secure the talent that powers medical advancement, scientific discovery and clinical innovation.

  • Working across the Clinical and Biotech sectors with real depth and ongoing job flow
  • Managing full‑cycle recruitment (or supporting delivery initially) for mid‑ to senior‑level scientific and commercial roles
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients across the UK and Europe
  • Learning specialist markets that touch drug development, life science research, clinical operations, and biotech commercialisation
  • Delivering quality engagement and strong outcomes with a consultative approach

360 recruitment experience in any market is welcome — ideally from high‑value or specialist sectors. Curious and capable of learning complex, technical talent markets.
