- Working across the Clinical and Biotech sectors with real depth and ongoing job flow
- Managing full‑cycle recruitment (or supporting delivery initially) for mid‑ to senior‑level scientific and commercial roles
- Building relationships with candidates and clients across the UK and Europe
- Learning specialist markets that touch drug development, life science research, clinical operations, and biotech commercialisation
- Delivering quality engagement and strong outcomes with a consultative approach
360 recruitment experience in any market is welcome — ideally from high‑value or specialist sectors. Curious and capable of learning complex, technical talent markets.
