Salary £27,500 - £30,000 plus commission. Expected total earnings in year one £40,000. Year two £55,000 more in the following years.

My client is hiring an exceptional Graduate for a high-performance team in Brighton, working with some of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions. These are the firms building real-time, data-driven, algorithmic systems to power investment decisions across global markets.

This is a career-launching role for someone highly analytical, intellectually curious, and commercially astute. You’ll build relationships with world-class professionals, think PhDs from Oxbridge, Ivy League engineers, and alumni of top hedge funds and Big Tech, guiding them through pivotal career moves in the evolving world of financial technology.

Who This Role Is For

  • We’re looking for high-achieving graduates who meet the following criteria:
  • Russell Group Graduate, ideally with a degree in Finance, Economics, STEM or other rigorous subject
  • Minimum ABB at A-Level, ideally you have taken one or more of these subjects; Maths, Sciences, Economics
  • Exceptional Communication Skills – confident, articulate, and able to engage at C-suite level
  • Research & Analysis Mindset – naturally curious, diligent, and detail-driven
