We're looking for a bright, ambitious graduate or early-career recruiter to work directly alongside a top biller, supporting international executive search assignments across some of the world's most exciting technology sectors, including AI, Robotics, Autonomous Systems and Advanced Engineering.
You'd be working on complex international searches and advising businesses on senior hiring and succession planning within cutting-edge technology markets. You'll begin by supporting search projects, conducting market research, identifying talent, mapping industries and engaging with senior candidates. As your confidence and capability grow, you'll progress towards managing your own searches and building your own client relationships.
You'll receive structured training, exposure to senior-level hiring, and the chance to learn directly from high-performing consultants who operate at the top end of the market.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting executive search assignments across international markets
- Researching companies, industries and talent pools
- Mapping leadership teams and identifying high‑potential candidates
- Engaging with senior professionals and industry experts
- Producing market intelligence and search reports
- Learning the full executive search process from brief to placement
- Progressing into a Consultant role as your skills develop
