The Role
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own client and candidate relationships. You'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre legal professionals
- Building relationships with Solicitors and legal teams across the UK
- Supporting clients with hiring projects and talent mapping
- Developing new business opportunities through networking and business development
- Managing recruitment processes from initial engagement through to offer and placement
- Becoming a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients
- Building market knowledge within the legal sector
