My client is a quality-led recruitment firm operating at enterprise level across Life Science markets in the UK and Europe. With consistent growth across both contract and permanent recruitment, they have built a business that combines strong infrastructure, credible leadership and a genuinely flat sales culture where everyone bills and performance is respected rather than politicised.
They work with major global organisations across Life Sciences and enterprise technology, including long-term relationships with Roche, Johnson & Johnson and GSK, and hold licences to recruit across Germany and Switzerland. They are building an AI/Data contract (and perm) function to serve their existing client base, making this an awesome opportunity. This is a business designed for experienced recruiters who want to build something meaningful, commercially robust and long term.
Typical top performers contract recruiters are landing 2–3 contracts per month with a 50% close rate on roles worked.
