Responsibilities
- Win and deliver on retained and contingent search mandates

- Identify and engage passive candidates across Europe and North America
- Run full-cycle recruitment processes, from briefing through to placement
- Generate leads, referrals, and client intelligence through consistent outreach

What You Need
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a 360 or full-desk recruitment role
- Experience recruiting in markets such as clean energy, emerging tech, chemicals, or infrastructure
