Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the flow of inbound customers flows quickly and efficiently while maintaining delightful levels of service.
- Answering sales queries and selling the Hypervolt Product line.
- Monitoring sales enquiries through web chat, calls and emails.
- Guide customers through the sales process.
- Efficiently manage your own inbound sales pipeline.
- Maintaining a high call rate.
- Successfully following up with both customers and installers once a lead has been passed through to completion of installation.
Who we’d like:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the EV charging or related industry.
