We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Partnerships Account Manager to join our business development team. The role involves driving sales, managing partnerships, and contributing to our goal of hastening net-zero by accelerating electric vehicle adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Nurture our automotive partners by developing strategies and initiatives to enhance our value proposition.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new opportunities across the automotive channel, including leasing companies, BVRLA brokers, dealerships, and salary sacrifice providers.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Ensure partner satisfaction and loyalty by understanding their goals and aligning them with Hypervolt's mission, delivering a 5-star customer service experience.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and reports to track sales activities and progress.
  • Product & Industry Expertise: Stay informed about Hypervolt's hardware and software, as well as the wider EV and automotive landscape, to provide strategic support.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in client-facing roles such as account management or business development, preferably within EV charging, automotive, sustainability, or start-ups, with a preference for automotive SaaS sales experience.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to solve problems and align client goals with Hypervolt's offerings for mutual benefit.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, solution-oriented self-starter with commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Capable of clearly articulating Hypervolt's platform, vision, and value in various formats.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative Approach: Comfortable working independently and in teams, reliable, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
