Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the flow of inbound customers flows quickly and efficiently while maintaining delightful levels of service
  • Answering sales queries and selling the Hypervolt Product line
  • Monitoring sales enquiries through web chat, calls and emails
  • Guide customers through the sales process
  • Efficiently manage your own inbound sales pipeline
  • Maintaining a high call rate
  • Successfully following up with both customers and installers once a lead has been passed through to completion of installation

Who we’d like:

● Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the EV charging or related industry.

● Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, flawless English is a must, regardless of background. People who are as comfortable creating well crafted emails as they are with picking up the phone and engaging with people.

● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

● Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

● Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
