About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead our growth across wholesale, energy, enterprise, and automotive sectors. This leadership role involves setting strategy, building the team, and driving revenue growth.
You will manage the go-to-market strategy, develop the sales model, and support major deals and partnerships. The ideal candidate understands how to grow B2B revenue in fast-paced environments, especially in energy, hardware, mobility, or infrastructure sectors .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand sales across enterprise, wholesale, fleet, and energy channels.
- Develop and execute commercial strategy, including pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Manage high-value, complex deals with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Set KPIs, commission, territory, and compensation plans.
- Maintain CRM discipline and sales reporting.
- Provide market insights for product and commercial planning.
What We\’re Looking For
- 8-10+ years in B2B sales leadership, especially in enterprise or strategic sales teams.
- Experience scaling sales teams in fast-growth sectors like hardware, energy, EV, SaaS, or infrastructure.
- Proven success selling to complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and strategic skills, turning hypotheses into revenue.
- High standards for sales process, forecasting, and performance culture.
- Comfortable engaging with executives and coaching deal strategies.
