Channel Marketing Lead

As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic Channel Marketing Lead to drive growth across our key channel partners—wholesalers & distributors, installers, and energy & utility companies.
About The Role
As the Channel Marketing Lead , you will develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance partner engagement, drive revenue growth, and solidify Hypervolt’s leadership in the EV charging space. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and digital teams to create high-impact campaigns tailored to each channel\’s unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for wholesalers, installers, and energy & utility partners to drive demand and sales.
- Design co-marketing programs, sales enablement initiatives, and promotional campaigns that align with partner business models.
- Define and manage marketing budgets for channel initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI.
Partner Engagement & Enablement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment on joint marketing initiatives.
- Develop marketing toolkits, sales collateral, and training materials to support partner success.
- Drive partner loyalty through incentives, certifications, and exclusive marketing opportunities.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Analyze channel performance data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Work closely with sales teams to track lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Regularly review partner feedback to refine marketing approaches and improve engagement.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
- Partner with digital marketing to align channel campaigns with online and offline strategies.
- Work with product teams to ensure partners are equipped with the latest product insights and messaging.
- Coordinate with customer success and sales to enhance partner experience and drive retention.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, B2B marketing, or partner marketing, ideally within EV, energy, or a related technology sector.
- Strong understanding of wholesale, distribution, installer, and utility partner dynamics.
- Proven track record of developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns that drive revenue.
- Experience with HubSpot, CRM platforms, and data-driven marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners.
- A passion for EV technology, sustainability, and innovation.
