Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across departments including tech, operations, and commercial.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
- Drive proactive sourcing efforts through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screen and assess candidates for culture fit and capability alignment with Hypervolt\’s mission.
- Ensure a smooth and high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within tech, clean energy, or high-growth startups.
- Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of Boolean search techniques and modern recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with candidates and stakeholders alike.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Rippling) and hiring analytics.
