Hypersonica is seeking a senior HSE leader to build and run the UK's health, safety and environmental function across multiple R&D, manufacturing, assembly, test and production sites. You will define and implement a company-wide HSE management system with clear ownership and governance, translating UK legislation into practical controls for engineers and operators.
You will own incident investigations, risk assessments, and the development of training and competency programmes to deliver durable results.
