We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive our expansion across the UK and Europe. At Hyperscience, you’ll engage with enterprise customers, positioning our AI-powered automation solutions to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and improve customer experience. We welcome candidates with a strong background in Enterprise SaaS sales, particularly those experienced in navigating complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder engagements, and procurement processes. This hybrid role includes a mix of remote work, bi-weekly team meetings in London, and regular customer visits across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within enterprise accounts, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Develop a deep understanding of our AI-driven automation solutions and their business impact.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, leveraging data to optimize strategies.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits to strengthen relationships and drive adoption.
- Collaborate with partners, marketing, and solutions teams to expand market presence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise executives, guiding them through digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, selling into large organizations.
- Strong track record in complex, multi-stakeholder sales with C-level engagement.
- Passionate about AI-driven solutions and their role in transforming business operations.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
- Nice-to-have: experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technology and/or AI, GenAI solutions.
