RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to start from November 2026 onwards, for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as preparing related HR documentation.
  • Support HR operations and administrative activities, including document preparation and report generation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, HR transformation projects, and other ad hoc assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Consulting/Management/Development, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline, with a strong interest in Human Resource Management & Development.
  • Able to commit to a full-time on-site internship for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Independent, energetic, and resourceful team player.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to engage stakeholders confidently and professionally.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
