Due to the nature of field sales the hours are Monday to Friday 10.30am-7pm

Hyperoptic has announced a strategic plan to extend its full fibre broadband services to at least an additional one million UK homes by leveraging the Openreach network.

About The Role

As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and raising awareness in Hyperoptic service-connected buildings and will be the face and voice of our brand to potential customers. You will conduct face-to-face selling of Hyperoptic service, take all necessary steps to maximise the opportunity of the sales visit, deliver promotional materials, build rapport with residents, represent the company at events at residents\\\’ meetings, educate customers about our products and collect customers\\\’ feedback.

Your KPIs within this role include knocking on 100 doors per day and converting 3 sales. As you are promoted up through the bandings based on your sales performance, you will have the opportunity to start reaching out to website leads and may have the flexibility of 1 day home working depending on company requirements.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and increase sales conversion rate
  • Ensure a schedule of visits is completed on a daily basis
  • Maximise potential of every interaction with a potential customer
  • Act as brand ambassador of the company
  • Demonstrate company values in every interaction with customers
  • Present benefits of our service in a clear and understandable way
  • Promote Hyperoptic product and service advantages
  • Collect customers\\\’ feedback about our brand, product, pricing and promotions

What We Are Looking For

  • Car driver with own vehicle
  • Demonstrated good academic record
  • Experience working in a sales role
  • Experience of explaining a service or product to customers to deliver a sale, tailoring your approach to match the prospect\\\’s needs
  • Experience with complaint/feedback handling
  • Highly motivated, energetic sales person who loves selling and who is up for a challenge
  • Ambitious and comfortable with targets
