Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10:30am-7:00pm
As Residential Team Leader for Hyperoptic, you are responsible for customer acquisition as well as team management. You will deliver sales across business and residential markets in line with various targets. This role is very hands-on, requiring significant field time coaching, developing and showing agents how to perform to the expected standards. Managing a team of 8-10, you will lead and inspire by acting as a great role model and support the team at every stage of their career.
What will you be doing?
- Meet or exceed sales targets and increase sales conversion rate
- Inspire, manage and motivate the team
- Monitor every team member to support their development
- Manage a plan of all team's activities on a daily basis, support the team in real time, and work with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of planned activities
- Demonstrate a structured approach to sales, maximizing every opportunity
- Act as brand ambassador of the company
- Demonstrate company values in every interaction with customers
- Present benefits of our service in a clear and understandable way
- Promote Hyperoptic product and service advantages
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated good academic record
- People management and development skills
- Proven track record of performance in business sales management
- Experience working with SMEs
- Experience working in a field sales management role
- Experience in the broadband/telecommunications market
