About the role and the Team
We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and operating our high-quality ServiceNow implementation. This role requires a strong background in ServiceNow development, including the CSM and FSM modules. Experience with building event driven integrations with ServiceNow is desirable.
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative solutions, contributing to both the technical direction and hands‐on development of our ServiceNow ecosystem.
What will you be doing?
- ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow so that it meets the business needs but also maintains good technical practices.
- Feature Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to refine user stories into technical implementations.
- Technical Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Prefer using ServiceNow workflows rather than code changes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of end‐to‐end solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the adoption of new tools, technologies, and practices to improve the development process.
What we are looking for?
- Proven experience in software development.
- Strong hands‐on background in configuring and developing within ServiceNow.
- Practical experience setting up CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow workflows.
- Experience working with Hibernate and Spring - DESIRABLE.
- Familiarity with containerised and cloud deployments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) - DESIRABLE.
