About the role and the Team:
A commercially-minded and relationship-driven Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager is sought to take full ownership of Hyperoptic's affiliate channel, driving high-volume order growth and maximizing ROI. Success in this role means proactively managing our presence on the Awin network, cultivating deep strategic partnerships with key publishers (including price comparison websites, voucher, and cashback sites), and ensuring the affiliate channel is a top-performing pillar of our demand generation engine. You will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of the channel, from strategic planning and budget management to technical tracking integrity and day-to-day publisher optimization, ultimately contributing to Hyperoptic's ambitious growth targets.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual and quarterly affiliate marketing strategy
- Account Management (Awin): Act as the primary lead for our affiliate network partner
- Build and maintain strong, direct relationships with key publishers and media partners to negotiate exclusive deals
- Own and drive accountability for all affiliate KPIs
- Manage the affiliate promotional calendar, ensuring all offers, creative assets, and tracking links are accurate
- Strategically manage the affiliate budget, including commission structures, tenancies and performance bonuses
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Establish robust reporting for the affiliate channel
- Oversee the accuracy of affiliate tracking and data integrity, working with technical teams to troubleshoot any issues
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand, and Legal teams to ensure all affiliate activity is on-brand and compliant
- Stay abreast of affiliate marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging publisher types
- Pricing Strategy & ARPU Optimization: Collaborate closely with the internal pricing team to develop and implement a competitive pricing strategy
What we are looking for?
- Previous experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on affiliate marketing management
- Proven track record of managing large-scale affiliate programs with significant monthly budgets and order volumes
- In-depth knowledge of the Awin platform and user interface
- Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4)
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking technologies, including S2S and pixel tracking
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, consumer-centric commercial environment - DESIRABLE
