Overview
HRIS & Reward Manager (6-month FTC) at Hyperoptic. Hybrid working option with office location in Hammersmith. This role leads our HR information systems and total rewards programs to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
What will you be doing?
- Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of all HR information systems including HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management platforms
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations to ensure seamless data flow across the HR technology stack
- Implement and manage a comprehensive total rewards strategy including base pay, variable compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
- Conduct regular market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning
- Develop key performance indicators and metrics for HR program effectiveness
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation trends, system utilization, and program ROI
What we are looking for
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Sage, HiBob, BambooHR, or similar) and payroll systems integration and benefits administration
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and HR technology stack
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel
- Thorough understanding of compensation philosophy, job evaluation, and market pricing
- Experience with salary survey data and benchmarking methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence senior stakeholders
