About the role and the Team:
A commercially-minded and relationship-driven Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager is sought to take full ownership of Hyperoptic's affiliate channel, driving high-volume order growth and maximizing ROI. Success in this role means proactively managing our presence on the Awin network, cultivating deep strategic partnerships with key publishers (including price comparison websites, voucher, and cashback sites), and ensuring the affiliate channel is a top-performing pillar of our demand generation engine.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of the channel, from strategic planning and budget management to technical tracking integrity and day-to-day publisher optimization, ultimately contributing to Hyperoptic's ambitious growth targets.
