Overview

Job Title: B2B Business Sales Executive

Location: London (Hybrid working) โ€“ 3 days in the field, 2 days in the office in Hammersmith

Responsibilities

  • Deliver new customer sales in line with monthly targets in a high-activity role.
  • Research, outbound contact, pitching, proposals, and closing to build and convert a pipeline of B2B prospects.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM records and manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Prospect generation from self-generated leads by engaging with small businesses directly via field work, calls and emails.
  • Engage with small businesses or service providers (resellers, building managers, IT providers) and upsell/cross-sell where possible.
  • Negotiate and manage objections to secure successful outcomes.
  • Take ownership of work and seek opportunities to exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deployment of sites and translate opportunities into increased connections and revenue.

What we are looking for

  • You\โ€™re ready to own your career and drive it forward.
  • Skilled in negotiating win-win outcomes with stakeholders, including DOOH clients, resellers, and property decision-makers.
  • Proven track record in business sales.
  • Experience working with SMEs and selling into sectors such as security, serviced apartments, hospitality chains, and commercial or residential properties is advantageous.
  • Experience in sales-driven or target-driven roles.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Confident communicator who can engage with building managers, landlords, and procurement teams at an executive level.
  • Prior telecommunications experience is highly regarded but not required.
