Hyperoptic Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect for ServiceNow to own the platform architecture, governance and roadmap and align with enterprise strategy. You will define the target architecture for CMDB/CSDM, ITSM, CSM, FSM and ITOM and drive integration, data governance and intelligent automation.
You will lead architecture governance across delivery teams, partner with operations, customer experience and vendor partners, and ensure scalable, well-governed service.
