Locations: Multiple roles! Looking for people who live in Edinburgh & Glasgow.
Salary: £28,000 base plus achievable On Target Commission c£28,000 per annum and monthly travel allowances.
Hours: Monday to Friday 10.30am-7pm.
About the Role: As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and raising awareness in Hyperoptic service‑connected buildings and will be the face and voice of our brand to potential customers. You will conduct face‑to‑face selling of Hyperoptic service, taking all necessary steps to maximise the opportunity of the sales visit, delivering promotional materials, building rapport with residents, representing the company at events at residents' meetings, educating customers about our products and collecting customers' feedback.
Responsibilities:
- As a new joiner your KPIs within this role will be to knock on 100 doors per day and convert 40 sales per month.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and increase sales conversion rate.
- Make sure a schedule of visits are completed on daily basis.
- Maximise potential of every interaction with potential customer.
- Act as brand ambassador of the company.
- Demonstrate company values in every interaction with customers.
- Present benefits of our service in a clear and understandable way.
- Promote Hyperoptic product and service advantages.
- Collect customers' feedback about our brand, product, pricing, competitors influence, promotions.
Qualifications:
- Car driver with own vehicle.
- Demonstrated good academic record.
- Experience working in a sales role.
- Experience of explaining a service or product to customers to deliver a sale, tailoring your approach to match the prospects needs.
- Experience with complaint/feedback handling.
- Highly motivated, energetic sales person who loves selling and who is up for a challenge.
- Ambitious and comfortable with targets.
