As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative solutions, contributing to both the technical direction and hands-on development of our ServiceNow ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow so that it meets the business needs while maintaining good technical practices.
- Feature Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to refine user stories into technical implementations.
- Technical Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Prefer using ServiceNow workflows rather than code changes whenever possible.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the adoption of new tools, technologies, and practices to improve the development process.
Role context: This role requires a strong background in ServiceNow development, including the CSM and FSM modules. Experience with building event-driven integrations with ServiceNow is desirable. Proven experience in software development. Strong hands-on background in configuring and developing within ServiceNow. Practical experience setting up CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow. Solid understanding of ServiceNow workflows.
Desirable: Experience with Hibernate and Spring. Familiarity with containerised and cloud deployments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
